Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use RoomYaar to post false, unlawful, abusive, harassing, infringing, spammy, or misleading content, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Listing rules
Listings should be accurate, current, and posted only by people with a legitimate connection to the room, roommate search, or shared living arrangement. Prices, availability, location, and material terms should be clear.
No warranty and as-is service
RoomYaar is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. RoomYaar does not guarantee listing accuracy, roommate compatibility, availability, uninterrupted service, or any housing outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoomYaar will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for disputes between users.
Termination
RoomYaar may suspend or terminate access, remove listings, or restrict use if we believe these terms, applicable law, or community safety expectations have been violated.
Changes to these terms
RoomYaar may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
